Hello! My name is Chelsea Rogers and I am a multidisciplinary designer, all this means is that I have skills ranging across all areas of design. I am most drawn to branding, packaging, publication, and print design.
Originally from little Columbus, Wisconsin, I went to pursue my interest of graphic design at the College for Creative Studies, in Detroit, Michigan. I had an incredible experience at CCS, growing as a designer and as a person! I graduated with a BFA in Communication Design in 2025, headed back to Wisconsin to be close to my family.
Currently, I am a Junior Designer at Backflip, a creative marketing agency in Madison, Wisconsin. I also work at HomeGoods as a Merchandise Associate. Although these jobs are quite different from each other, they have moments where they overlap through creativity.
Outside of work life, I enjoy playing card and board games, my favorites are Five Crowns, Canasta, and Scrabble. I enjoy being outside any chance I can get, especially if I’m at the lake! I am a music enthusiast, avid record collector, and I suppose a t-shirt collector, as the amount is quite large!
Creatively, I love to explore any ideas that come to mind. Vibrant colors and typography with personality grab my attention. When creating, I easily get lost in the iterative process, as I love to push the design. Through doing so, I learn what is working and what’s not. This could be the use of color, scale of type, or that shape one pixel to the left or right. I say embrace the play!
