Mosquito Madness is a project created during an internship at Spark Creative Design, in Sacramento, California. Guy Rogers (the owner) has many Mosquito Vector and Control District clients. This project is an educational activity book for kids, in elementary school, about mosquitoes to sell to these various Mosquito Districts who might be interested in having one of their own. The main client I worked with was the San Mateo County Mosquito District.

For this project, I was the main communicator with the client. I referenced other kids activity books and considered what activities I enjoyed as a kid, in an attempt to create an activity book that was unique from the others. I also illustrated every element in the book and designed the layout. With feedback from Guy, I was able to improve my work. I learned how to use a drawing tablet for this project to illustrate the elements. I also developed skills working with a client through email, video calls, and receiving feedback.
